{ ‘They see me rolling’ }
Another week filled with good things has passed. And a new one has begun. Monday always feels like an opportunity for new beginnings. An opportunity for a fresh start. And while I’m struggling a bit this morning (I’m blaming the grey, rainy weather London is offering today), I’m planning for a week filled with new opportunities.
Last week was off to such a good start when our bikes arrived on Monday afternoon. I’ve been hesitant to ride a bike in London. The traffic can be so crazy and they do drive on the wrong side of the road. But after many talks about how much we both hate having to take the tube or a bus everywhere we finally decided to get the bikes. And so far, it’s one of the best purchases we’ve made here in London.
Other good things last week included; realising I can take a break when I need to, amazing vegan food and my new office space I’m trying out for a few months.
{ I’ve decided I want to focus more on the blog and my writing, and I’m hoping getting out of the house will help me get more structure. Signing up for a hot desk at an office space with this view has been amazing }
{ Early morning walks in the park }
{ Taking a break to refocus on the important things }
{ Saturday night at the Kerb vegan food event }
{ Making it a sunny Sunday tradition to go for a run in Victoria Park, followed by brunch at Pavilion Café and a visit to the farmers market }
{ Locally grown cherries from the farmers market <3 }
