{ The Keep Boutique in Brixton Village, London }
It might just be because I’m constantly looking for it, but there really do seem to be a lot of eco fashion shopping opportunities popping up these days, especially online, which is great, but I always prefer to be able to see, touch and try on the clothes before I buy it. Having moved back to London gives me quite a lot of opportunities to do so, and last week I dropped by The Keep Boutique in Brixton Village. Although the store opened in 2012 both The Keep and Brixton Village were new to me and both where amazing.

According to their website The Keep Boutique is “a curated selection of ethical fashion. Brands with integrity. Clothes to keep” and their central mission is “to seek out and promote fashion brands with true integrity, whilst carefully curating the selection to ensure style comes first.” It sounded very promising and since they also have a web shop, I checked out before going, my expectations were high.
Luckily, I wasn’t disappointed. The store was light and airy, and filled with beautiful clothes and accessories. All ethically made. And Kate, the owner, was just the sweetest most welcoming woman.
