{ Happy kid in her favourite Sunday outfit; comfy knits and loose fitted jeans }
Sundays in London must be my favourite thing ever. We always make them a combination of work and fun, and on sunny days like the last one, they feel especially special. Last Sunday we decided to change our usual Eggs Florentine for something different. Without a plan we headed to Shoreditch, wandered around for a bit and came across Barber & Parlour on Redchurch St., and we absolutely loved it. A perfect hipster hangout, with a shop, a barber and café all in one. The atmosphere and the food was on point, and I’m already looking forward to our next visit.

{ Coffee, coffee, coffee }
{ Poached eggs on avocado toast, buttermilk pancakes with syrup, blueberries and bananas, homemade granola with greek yoghurt and the best raspberries/rhubarb compote }
This is what happens when you can’t decide, and want to try everything. It was just as delicious as it looks! After the meal we hung around for a couple of hours (to work and to have an excuse to try some of their many fresh juice and smoothie options) before heading to the Southbank Centre for the London Literature Festival.
