It’s been a while since I’ve posted something on here. Truth be told, life has been a little hectic lately. Christmas and New Years went by in a flash and the last couple of weeks I’ve been swamped settling back in, in Denmark and at my new job. The decision to move back has been in the back of our minds since September when I was first approached about this new opportunity. Celebrating that it’s Friday with some of my current favourites. It’s been a short week due to Bank Holiday on Monday, but with moving into a new flat and getting settled in our new London home, it feels like it’s been a long week and I can’t wait for the weekend. I’m going to spend mine with a swim in the Olympic pool, a dinner-date tomorrow night, Eggs Florentine on Sunday and maybe a visit to a market or two, depending on the weather.
