This weekend is the weekend of my yoga teacher exam. I don’t know whether to say ‘finally’ or ‘already’. It’s been quite a journey. Intense at times and long at others. Nevertheless, it’s here. The end of my training. The end of this training. Because, if there’s one thing I’ve learnt in this past year, it is that yoga is a journey. You don’t do yoga, you practice yoga. I can’t wait to see what’s next for me on this journey of mine.
