I LOVE shopping! There, I said it. I know it is not a sustainable thing to love. The whole concept of buying material things, which are mostly unnecessary, is not sustainable. But I love that feeling of finding something special that just fits perfectly into my wardrobe. Leather: pros and cons

A couple of weeks ago, I read this article on I:D magazine and it really made me think. According to the article, leather is no longer a by-product of the meat industry, instead meat is a by-product of the leather industry?!

I grew up on a farm, in a meat-loving-family, and I’ve never thought of leather as something bad. Instead I’ve always thought of leather as a beautiful, long-lasting high-quality material and judged my shoes and bags by the quality of the leather they were made from. Continue Reading

My five summer basics

The calendar says summer’s here. Even though the temperatures in Denmark disagree and it feels more like autumn than summer, I thought I’d show you what I want to live in as soon as the weather allows it.
